Information: about us

2004: Cara and Nye meet while studying for photography degrees in Edinburgh. After a year of politely ignoring each other they fall in love.

2005: Together they leave art school and head for Morocco. They come back to Scotland with a handmade chess set, a bag full of spices and the desire to move in together. They photograph a wedding. They like it. Lillian and Leonard is born.

2006: they move to Glasgow, get engaged and photograph lots more weddings.

2008: Cara and Nye marry under an umbrella in an August rain shower. It's glorious. Suddenly weddings make more sense to them.
